Nice to meet you

Hi, there! I’m Rachel Smith, the founder of Mountainside Speech Therapy, LLC. I’m so glad you’re here!

My speech therapy career began in 2016. Along the way, I discovered a passion for helping struggling readers. By 2021, I started my own private practice.

I specialize in pediatric speech and reading disorders, including dyslexia. As a speech-language pathologist, my favorite thing about private therapy is supporting parents and families directly. I can’t wait to meet you!
